Andrea spent her whole career in various HR, Talent and Leadership & Development roles, reaching from HR, Learning and Instructional design, Talent Management to People and Leadership development for change & transformation.
After experiencing the potential of working with innovative and agile methods in people and leadership teams, she is driven to inspire more leaders and organizations to rethink traditional structures, processes and ways of working. She believes that today's challenges and possibilities need a new mindset and new approach and wants to encourage and enable people by training and coaching to take responsibility and create a new working future in organizations and beyond!
Nikola Orozovič

Improvisation Lecturer and Coach, Moderator, Facilitator for Personal Development, Communication, Presentations Skills and Creativity
Nikola has been working with improvisation since 2004. He is a founding member of the School of Improvisation in Prague, founding member of Just!Impro show, where he has been active since 2011 and has regular performance in Švandovo Theatre in Prague. He is also a creator and moderator of new impro-talk show 321Jedem! and runs his own improvisation courses for public and companies.
Improvisation is a critical skill for agile and future leaders because it helps to stimulate creativity, actively develops communication and presentation skills, it supports collaboration and mindfulness, and additionally it helps to release stress and supports personal development in a dynamic way.
