HR INTERIM MANAGER ROLE

HR Interim Manager is temporarily hired or appointed to the company to solve problems or situations that company is dealing with, to help create and set up HR and People areas based on the company and leadership needs.

HR Interim Manager is not a consultant - eventhough his expertise and skills allow him to provide sufficient advisory - the responsibilities are significantly different as HR Interim Manager does not only assist in resolving issues, but is directly responsible for reaching the desired output and succesful change.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

HR Interim Manager becomes a member of the company' leadership team, with a sufficient authority to suggest and execute steps needed to achieve the desired goals and required changes.

HOW LONG WILL THE INTERIM MANAGER STAY

Cooperation lasts usually few weeks, but the duration of a temporary HR manager stay is determined by the complexity and characteristics of the changes required.

AREAS HR INTERIM MANAGER CAN HELP YOU

  • Map the current company situation, recommend where to focus on primarily and how to best proceed in each of the identified areas

  • Consult, coach and mentor business owners and managers on how to approach different HR areas, problems and situations

  • Design and create HR solutions and processes, namely: recruitment process and tools, induction and adaptation process, talent development, performance management, remuneration, benefits and employee satisfaction

  • Assist with employee, managers and teams development and  talent management

  • Support and help create corporate culture, brand and internal communication

  • Build, train and set up of new or current HR team

There is no fits-to-all HR solution –  everything depends on what stage each company is at, how many employees it has, how much, how fast and where it wants to grow, what competencies it needs to have in the company, how it wants to present itself externally and how it wants to be perceived internally and in the future.

 

HR Interim Manager –  as he will become part of your company for a while –  will help you identify key areas to focus on, suggest specific solutions for you based on your needs and situation, and help you create and implement proper solutions.
