PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Program is structured around 4 modules and 8 capabilities that were identified as critical for leading in a complex business environment:

Module 3:  Cultivate Learning Agility – Foster Innovation and Creativity

Module 4: Demonstrate Leadership Integrity – Servant Leadership and Teams

PROGRAM CONTENT

The program is designed for you to learn in each module through theory, discussions and sharing personal experience. Between modules you will learn through reading, online training and coaching, and from building and creating a plan for yourself, your team, function or organization. We will build on the knowledge and expertise within the group to share, support and help each other prepare for change.

AGILE LEADER PLAN

With the support of your program peers, you are supposed to work on an action plan for yourself and  your team/function/organization to transform it to agile.

​

DURATION

The program takes 1 month and combines virtual sessions, individual learning, online training, possibly face-to-face meeting, peer calls and reviews, work on your action plan and coaching.

Modules will run every week for 2  hours and will be planned around lunch time. To limit clashes, the exact dates and time will be confirmed with participants after the registration.

• Create your own plan for transforming to agile in all aspects

WHO CAN ATTEND

The program is designed for all leaders whose organization is moving to agile ways of working, and for those who would like to learn more about agility and practice the agile leader's skills to stay ahead of change.

PREREQUISITES

Before the program starts, we will plan a call with you to understand your needs and expectations. Accordingly, we will share materials and suggested reading to get you up to speed and to ensure that we are all at a similar starting point to help you engage during module discussions, enable knowledge sharing and efficient learning.
