Day 2: Innovation and Creativity, Improvisation, Collaboration and Teams

COURSE CONTENT

The course is designed for all who wants to learn agile basics and start building their agile leadership capabilities to support their agile teams and help create agile business and organization.

This course is very interactive, built on key agile principles so that you can experience it all on the go. We expect active involvement, willingness to share and learn new things with the intention to implement it back in your team, function and organization.
