PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Program is structured around 5 modules:

Module 1: Agility Intro, Translate Agile into HR and People Practices

Module 2: Agile Mindset and Culture, Learning Agility

Module 3: Agile Leaders and Agile Teams, Scrum

Module 4: Agile Organizations and the Future of Work

PROGRAM CONTENT

The program is designed for you to learn in each module through theory, discussions and sharing personal experience. Between the modules you will learn through reading, online training courses and coaching, and from building and creating own project for your team, function or organization. We will build on the knowledge and expertise of the group to share, support and help each other succeed.

AGILE HR PROJECT

As part of your learning, you are supposed to work on a project for your HR area, team or function. This will enable you to apply the gained knowledge in a practical way and allow you to implement it then back in your organization.

DURATION

The program takes 1 month and combines virtual sessions, individual learning, online training, possibly face-to-face meeting, peer calls and reviews, project work between modules, and coaching.

Modules will run every week for 2 hours and will be planned around the lunch time. To limit clashes, the exact dates and time will be confirmed with participants after the registration.

  • Understand 'why organizations are going agile' and opportunities and implications for HR and the future of work

  • Gain skills and build your capabilities to boost your productivity and effectiveness with agile HR

  •  Create your own plan for implementing agile HR in your organization.

  • Begin to evolve your own HR operating model for Agile working and collaboration

  • Develop your HR community and network

WHO CAN ATTEND

The program is designed for HR, Talent and Business Professionals whose organization is moving to Agile ways of working; or who would like to learn more about agility and agile HR to be ready when their organization comes to that point.

 

PREREQUISITES

Before the program starts, we will plan a call with you to understand your needs and expectations. Accordingly, we will share materials and suggested reading to get you up to speed and to ensure that we are all at a similar starting point to help you engage during module discussions, enable knowledge sharing and efficient learning.

8 hours of virtual learning over 4 modules

5 – 8 hours of online training

Reading and learning materials

Program peer reviews and calls

1,5-hour individual coaching session
