As each company and program is different we first seek to understand your needs and objectives – how the program/workshop/training solution should look like, what you want to achieve and what is the expected outcome – before suggesting a sufficient design, content and ways of delivery.
Program design will include proposal of suggested content, modules, facilitators, way of delivery, pre-work, project work, work in-between the sessions/modules, technology, follow-up – all based on the desired objectives and outcomes.
Development of required solutions is undertaken in a close cooperation with the client to ensure it is fully compatible with the initial idea and ultimate goals.
We will suggest facilitators, guest speakers or moderators to support and add value to your learning and development experience or we can prepare your own internal trainers
We offer coaching and mentoring sessions
for participants of all programs, trainings and workshops
for HR/Talent/Learning & Development professionals in the area of learning design and talent & leadership program development
